I do like the little highlight of color around the neck and arms. You might consider adding the logo to the chest like your other one.
The illustration reads fairly 2-d. I think pushing it to 3 dimensions would make the image more noticeable.
i like this one better than the first. i almost wish the pink was the blue color of the caters logo, but i think that is just because i hate the color pink. lol love it though. good job!
